Privacy Policy

We have created this privacy policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information.

Why do you need my contact information?

When you initially contact us, we request that you provide us with your phone number and email address. This information will only be used to respond to any questions you may have, to contact you about your order, to confirm payment information or any other urgent matter related to our service. It is never used for marketing purposes. Information regarding your query and our response may also be used to monitor or improve our customer service procedures.

Is my payment information safe?

When you pay by PayPal, or another electronic payment service (e-payment service), we provide information as required by the system, including your order number and the amount of payment required, to the e-payment service you select. Banks and e-payment services may monitor financial activity for legal reasons or to ensure compliance with their terms of service to you and to us. Therefore, we may occasionally provide additional details regarding your order or transaction for these purposes upon request.

Are my documents and contact information safe?

We will never share, sell, or discuss individual personal information without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Additionally, we do not sell or give away your documents. All information you provide to us is kept in the strictest confidence, and we delete your document after 30 days (unless you request otherwise). Information submitted to us is only available to staff who are managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you e-mails based on your request for information and to contracted service providers for the purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you. Every editor who works for us has also signed a confidentiality agreement.

How we protect your privacy

We use SSL security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data used by our system.

We may engage the services of third parties to store and process server logs and data on our behalf. When we do so, those third parties act as our limited agents and are bound by this privacy policy.

Disclosing information to legal authorities

We do not share personal information with any third parties except as disclosed in this policy. We may be required to disclose personal information we hold because of a warrant or for other reasons required or allowed by applicable laws. If we believe that a crime or other illegal act, including payment fraud, has taken place or is about to take place, we may voluntarily disclose relevant personal information to the police, courts, or other competent authorities.
